Do you have conversations with it? If so, it might be time to find an agent in another building. Reminds me a little of “Max” (the computer) from short-lived 80s comic “Scream!”. He was a “Hal” rip-off who used to take evil landlords, vandals, and other nasty types to the 13th floor where he’d conjure up illusions sufficiently chilling to make them die of fright.
