These things are now (post smoking ban) among the most frequently seen objects in all of Ireland. You’ll find them outside practically every pub, restaurant, shop etc., in the country. Happily for Kind I Like they look quite like “people”.
Whoever makes them must be laughing all the way to the bank, as, I believe, wealthy people are wont to do.
